The Information Technology (IT) Department provides reliable, secure, and responsive technology services that support the mission of the Hidalgo County Head Start Program (HCHSP). The department maintains and enhances the technology infrastructure, systems, and digital resources used throughout administrative offices and instructional environments.

Through collaboration, innovation, cybersecurity, data compliance, and responsive technical support, IT works to ensure that staff have access to dependable technology and information systems needed to effectively serve children, families, and the communities of HCHSP while safeguarding organizational and confidential information.
